Hello All,

I am a hotel professional and love various cooking styles... My favorite has always been Indian and Thai style cooking though I enjoy Chinese (Schezwan style) and Italian as well. I am a pure vegetarian so you would find vegetarian dishes more out here and I would continue posting good indian and other cuisine's mouth-watering dishes with pictures and video's, if possible, to make your cooking a fun as well....
